| 摘 要： | 班级所有学生都有事情做,就可以让他们树立主人翁意识,意识到自己是班上不可缺少的一分子,从而增加同学之间的凝聚力,有利于形成文明和谐的良好班集体。在班级管理中,实行值日班长制,通过自愿申报、设计证书、岗位设置、开展评价等环节,为人人设岗。这种班级管理模式能改变班级面貌,同时具有促进学生健康成长的意义。
