| 摘 要： | 战国时期齐国的稷下学宫,堪称我国及世界高等教育的典范,而蔡元培任校长时的北京大学也是中国近代高等教育的一个典型例子。通过分析比较,发现稷下学宫与北京大学在办学理念、教师制度、人事管理制度这三个方面有相同点,并且从这三个方面论述其对我国现代大学的启示。

| Abstract: | Qi's Jixia Institution in the Warring States Period is considered a model of higher education in China and the world.Beijing University led by Cai Yuanpei is also a typical example of Chinese higher education.Many resemblances has been found in education idea,teacher system and personnel management system through comparisons.This paper also discusses the enlightenment to our modern university from these three aspects. |
