| 摘 要： | 班级管理的好坏直接影响着学生的成长发展新形势下，班主任应转变班级管理理念，树立“以人为本”的观念，在班级管理中充分尊重学生，突出学生的主体地位，一切以学生的发展为本，即班主任应树立以下几种管理理念：一、尊重学生个体；二、尊重学生的个别差异；三、尊重学生在班级管理中的主体地位；四．更多采用积极性评价；五、积极促进学生的可持续发展；六、建立民主平等的新型师生关系。
