| 摘 要： | 由于大学生欠缺自我认识,职业定位,导致学习动力不足,精神状态不佳,心态浮躁,竞争力欠缺,因此自身发展遇到瓶颈。为了提高大学生的自身素质,挖掘自我发展的潜能,应该从认识自己开始做起,只有了解了自己的天赋和性格,做到扬长避短,制定出适合自己的发展计划和职业目标,并在实践中不断调整,走上一条可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Undergraduate is short of self-awareness and occupation orientation, which leads lacking learning impetus, bad psychosis, spirit fickleness and competition deficiency. As a result, self-development meets big bottleneck. To improve undergraduate self-diathesis and dig self-development potential, they should begin from knowing themselves and understanding their genius and characteristic. To develop their good qualities and avoid shortcoming, they frame develop program and occupation objective fit for themselvs.which can ceaseless adjust in practice. Then they walk up the continuance development road. |
