| 摘 要： | 公平、效率、自由选择,是现代高校招生考试制度的基本理念。澳大利亚"多元与统一"、"灵活与适性"特征兼具的高校招生考试制度体系,既体现了教育考试的公平价值取向,又为各类高校有效甄别学生入学提供了保障。而澳大利亚高校招生考试中学生自由选择权以及高校招生自主权的实现,反映了非资源约束条件下高校招生制度的改革方向。

| Abstract: | Fairness, efficiency, and freedom are the basic concepts in the modern college entrance examination system. With the features of the multiplicity and unity, the college entrance examination system of Australia not only reflects the fairness of the educational testing orientation, but also provides a guarantee to screen student enrollment effectively for all types of colleges and universities. The freedom of students in the college entrance examination and the realization of the autonomy in the enrollment reflect the direction of the college admission system reforms under the non-resource constraint. |
