| 摘 要： | 体育教师个体生存方式关乎体育教师的发展。调查显示,河南省县以上城市中学体育教师的工作环境较差,工作强度大,缺乏成就认可,工作缺乏创造性;而体育教师的报酬与福利待遇较低,进修、提升的机会较少。体育教师对自己的工作、生活环境不满意,导致工作态度不认真、积极性不高,直接影响到教学效果。

| Abstract: | The individual living environments of P.E. teachers are closely related with the development of (P.E.) teachers. Investigations in this paper showed that living environments of P.E. teachers in counties and cities in Henan Province were not very good,their work load was heavy,their merit conld not be praised,and the faculty were not innovative. Meanwhile,P.E. teachers' wage and welfare were low and they had few chances of further study and promotion. P.E. teachers were not satisfied with their living (environments),which led to their attitudes toward teaching. |
