| 摘 要： | 企业-大学间的知识转移既是企业赢得竞争优势的重要途径，也是大学科研院所的知识资源实现价值的途径。本文首先探讨企业与大学合作中知识转移的影响因素，在此基础上，提出企业与大学合作中知识转移机制的理论模型。最后以某勘察设计院与某大学科研机构合作研究项目管理模式为例，对知识转移机制进行实证分析。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transfer in Industry-University Collaboration is not only an important method to gain competitive advantages for the companies,but also a way for the research institutes of universities to make their knowledge resource valuable.The paper firstly discusses the factors that influence the knowledge transfer in industry-university collaboration,and then the theoretical model of knowledge transfer mechanism is analyzed.Finally,a case study of the implementation of project management mode in an Exploration & Design Enterprise and a research institute of a university is discussed. |
