摘    要:提高英语听力之难早已受到广大师生和专家的关注。笔者在总结自己多年的教学经验后发现:非语言因素对提高英语听力的影响很大。在对这一主题的研究和对有关问题的调查中,笔者认为:学生的心理因素、文化背景的差异;教师的个人素质及教学方法对提高英语听力教学的影响值得关注

Abstract:The difficulties in improving English listening abilities has greatly attracted the concern of experts ,teachers and stu dents as well. Having retrospected years ofteaching experiences ,the author finds that non linguistic elements impose theirimpacts onthe improvement of English listening skills . In the research on thistopic and its relevant aspects ,the author believesthat serious con cern has to be paid to the psychological factors and the different cultural backgrounds of students and personal qualities and teachingmethods of teachers , which are vital to the improvement of English listening .
