| 摘 要： | 人的可持续发展是指既能满足当时的需要，又能保证其身心和谐、均衡、持久的发展力不受损害的发展。人的可持续发展要求职业教育为培养可持续发展的创新人才而进行历史性转型，即：更新教育理念，确立实现人的全面发展和人的可持续发展为最高目标；激活学习的创造意识；构建服务于人的可持续发展的终身教育体系；改革教师的教学策略。

| Abstract: | The man's sustainable development not only means me et ing the demend of today but also assurance of man's harmonious,equilibria,contin uance development.It calls for the historical transformation of vocational educa tion to cultivate creative talents who can develope sustainably.That is to renew educational ideology,to set it a goal that to develop ourselves not only all ar ound but also sustainable developed,to revitalize the creative spirit of learner s,to build up a lifelong educational system that services our sustainable educat ion,and to work out the tactics that innovates teaching methodologies. |
