| Abstract: | I think the evaluating system about university teachers'level of teaching,which according to teachers give a class and the student's mark should reform.So that adapting stuff education developmental demand .In this article,I have put forward the principle we should adhere to when we evaluate teacher's level of teaching,and I also put forward some detailed measures of how to reform the customary evaluating mode. |
