| 摘 要： | 自我意识是个体人格中的核心内容和调控机制，是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素。本文从个体和环境、主观和客观两方面分析阐述了影响大学生自我意识的自我因素和非我因素，并详释了二者之间的关系，以期对了解和培养大学生健全的自我有所帮助。

| Abstract: | As the core content and adaptive system of individual personality, self-consciousness is an important factor which does great impact upon the mental health of university students. In this paper, objective and subjective factors of influencing the self-consciousness of university students are discussed from individual and environmnt, the former has great to do with oneself, the latter has nothing to do with oneself, and their relationship is also analyzed in order to help university students foster their healthy personality. |
