| 摘 要： | 迁豪入陵县是西汉频富特色的政策，自高帝至昭宣一直施行。它在长期的实施过程中发展成一套完善的陵县制度。西汉通过设置陵县，有力地打击了地方分裂，增强了京师实力。西汉中期以后，随着豪族的强大、君主的软弱、儒家伦理的影响、经济方面的困难，这种种因素交织在一起，导致了陵县制度的最终被废。

| Abstract: | In Western Han, it was a distinguishing policy to make despots moving from their spheres of influence into a new place where an emperors' tomb stood. And this policy was put into effect during the first seven emperors on the throne. The central government stuck regional powers heavily with it, and it strengthened the capital's position. But the stituatioh changed from the middle of Western-Han. The despots were strengthened while the emperor became Weak, The ethics of Confucianists made influence while the economy of country made trouble So the policy was abandoned finally. |
