院(系)级教学质量评估实施策略研究

摘    要:院(系)级教学质量评估是高校教学质量的基本保证和重要环节,实施院(系)级教学质量评估策略应明确评估目的和指导思想,建立强有力的领导管理机制。在制定院(系)级教学质量评估指标体系中,必须体现三个特色:一是以人为本,强调师资和管理人员的作用;二是过程、效果相结合,强调过程质量控制和结果质量考核;三是着眼于发展,强调指标体系及评价标准的导向性。在院(系)级教学质量评估操作中,要注意自测自评与检查验收相结合,过程考核与结果考核相结合,专题汇报与现场检查相结合。

Abstract:University teaching quality evaluation is the elemental promise and the important factor of the university' s teaching quality. A clear evaluation aim, a guiding idea and a strong administrative system should be set up in performing the college teaching quality evaluation. The college teaching evaluation index system should contain the special characters as below. Firsdy, the impact of die teachers and the administrators should be taken into account and should be rooted in the index system. Secondly, the course evaluation should be combined with the result evaluation. The course quality control and the result quality evaluation must be strengthened. Thirdly, the guidance of the evaluation index system and evaluation criterion must be emphasized in order to promote the development. Lastly, in the performance of the college teaching quality evaluation, self-evaluation should be combined with acceptance check, course evaluation combined with result evaluation, special report combined with on-the-spot examination.
