| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校学生隐私权与高校管理知情权冲突不断。调适两者冲突的原则有:公共利益原则、保密原则、尊重人格尊严原则和禁止权利滥用原则。民法和高等教育法及司法须针对学生隐私权作进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Recently there are frequent conflicts between the students' right of privacy and the right of colleges and universities to know in respect of college management.The principles applied in adjusting these conflicts include the public interest principle,principle of confidentiality,principle of respecting personal dignity and principle of prohibition of abuse of rights.The civil law and high education law and justice are responsible for the improvement of the students' right of privacy. |
