| 摘 要： | 运用企业创新理论、能力理论和案例研究方法,通过对一个先进制造企业--万向集团的深度案例分析,本文提炼出先进制造企业提升自主创新能力的三个关键途径:(1)执行有效的战略领导;(2)塑造有利于创新的组织结构和企业文化;(3)建设和完善以企业技术中心为核心、产学研有机结合的自主创新体系。

| Abstract: | Wanxiang Group is an advanced manufacturing enterprise.Its three key paths of self-determined innovation capability promotion are analyzed in depth by combining the innovation theory,the competence theory of firm,and the case study method.The three key paths include(1) implementing strategic leadership effectively,(2) cultivating organizational structure and corporate culture supporting innovation,and(3) building and perfecting self-determined innovation system that the corporate technology center serves as core and is based on an organic combination of university,industry,and institute. |
