| 摘 要： | 从我国电子商务的现状入手,分析企业信息发布、签订合同以及付款方面存在的问题,针对这些问题分别从建立网站信息权限、数字签名加密及第三方支付系统方式进行分析,初步阐述我国企业电子商务问题解决执行方式。

| Abstract: | The article force on the present situation of e-business in China,the information publishing for the enterprise are analyzed,the contracts signing and payments problem are discussed.In order to solve these problems,the information rights for websites must be established.Meanwhile the digital signatures should be encrypted,the third-party payment systems should be analyzed.It is also expounded the solution for the Chinese Modern Enterprise Electronic Business. |
