知识管理下企业信息服务的对策

摘    要:通过分析企业信息化的现状及信息系统难管理的原因,提出了在及时响应客户需求、处理优先级、降低服务成本、形成可积累并可复用的经验方面的应对策略,从而改造和提升原有信息系统的能力,提升企业信息系统的效率,使企业信息服务的质量不断提升。

Abstract:By analyzing the current status of informatization and the reason why the management information system is difficult to set up,we come up with a coping strategy on how to response to customer demand timely,deal with priority level,take lower costs and accumulate accumulated and reusable experience so that we can transform and upgrade the existing system of information,improve on the efficiency of enterprises information system,and make the quality of corporate messaging services become better and better.
