| 摘 要： | 贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,关键在坚持与时俱进”,“与时俱进,就是党的全部理论和工作要体现时代性。把握规律性,富于创造性。”要开创离退休思想政治工作新局面,必须做到：坚持与时俱进的新理念,将老同志的政治待遇具体化;保持与时俱进的精神状态,拓宽思想政治工作的新路子;大力弘扬与时俱进的精神,不断创新以人为本的服务观念。

| Abstract: | Carry through "three representations" lies in insisting keeping pace with the time, "keeping pace with the time" is the all theories and the characteristic of period which our work must show on, taking hold of law and do well creating," We should bring the work of quitting and retiring a new situation, we must do the following well: insisting the new idea of keeping pace with the time, making the old comrades' political treatment specific, keeping the spirit state pace with the time and widening the new way in the field of thought and political work, helping forward the spirit of keeping pace with the time strongly, renewing the service concept that regarding persons as core continuously. |
