摘    要:随着信息技术的迅速发展,在电力、石化等众多行业里得到广泛的重视和应用的旋转机械状态监测技术面临着巨大的发展和挑战.对振动信号的采集与分析是设备状态监测和故障诊断的基础,通过对传统数字倍频器的分析,结合现场实际情况设计出一种带预测功能的全数字倍频器,该项技术在状态监测系统中得到了很好的应用.

Abstract:With rapid development of information technology, the rotating machine condition monitoring technology widely applied in power and petrochemical fields has met great challenge. Through analyzing traditional digital frequency - multipliers, this paper introduces a design method of all digital frequency - multipliers with prediction function. The results show that this design method and procedure is effective in condition monitoring system.
