| 摘 要： | 在分析目前科研项目立项评审中存在缺陷的基础上,将灰色系统理论和层次分析法引入科研项目的立项评审,建立了多层次灰色综合评价模型,并通过实例描述了该模型的应用过程,旨在提高科研项目立项评审的效率.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the limitations of existing appraisal methods of scientific research projects, this paper established a multi-hierarchy grey synthesize appraisal model by applying Grey System Theory and AHP method to evaluating projects of scientific research. And, the author illuminated the application of this new method by case studies, with the aim to improve the effectiveness of evaluating science research projects. |
