| 摘 要： | 在高校科技创新平台绩效概念界定的基础上,对高校科技创新平台绩效形成机制进行系统分析;借鉴相关学者的研究成果及作者在科研管理工作中的实践经验,构建陕西省高校科技创新平台绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并以陕西省13个高校科技创新平台为例进行了实证分析。
