| 摘 要： | 学科建设是本科院校综合实力的标志，它直接体现学校的科学研究领域和主要方向、办学定位和办学特色，体现学校为经济社会服务的能力和社会地位。新建本科院校学科建设应坚持科学的发展观，明确服务领域，以人为本，加强队伍建设，促进学科发展。
