| 摘 要： | 农村新课程的实施是当前教育改革的难点。通过“小学新课程实施问卷调查”、实地观察、访谈等方法，对温州市农村小学新课程实施的观念、教研和课程管理方式、课堂教学行为、保障系统等方面的转变进行调查，分析存在的问题，并提出相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | The carrying out of rural new curriculum is now the difficult point in education reform. By questionnaire, on- the- spot observation and interviewing, an investigation was made on the ideas, teaching research, curriculum management modes, classroom teaching behavior and guarantee system in the carrying out of the new curriculum in Wenzhou rural primary schools, existing questions were analyzed and corresponding suggestions were put forward. |
