| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍数字校园的内涵和分析其建设过程阶段的基础上 ,从信息经济学角度对数字校园建设中的信息基础设施建设、信息系统开发、信息资源的开发与利用问题进行了成本———效益分析、公共物品性质分析、资源共享效率分析 ,提出了解决数字校园建设中可能存在的问题与解决的途径。

| Abstract: | The article is based on the introduction the means of digital campus and analyzing the stage of its development process,from the information economics angle,researched on some issues in digital campus constructing.These issues included how to construct information foundation facilities in digital campus,how to develop information system,how to develop and use information resources.then analyzed some problems included costs and revenue,Characteristic of public product,efficiency of sharing information resources. |
