| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the process of school development and characteristics of the recent archival management.The implement of school effective records management gives a double income to the file department.The author attempts to deal with some problems oftarget managementin school archives and puts forward appropriate approaches.From the Feedback on the evaluation from the department of school archives,we can analyze the possible interim impact. |
