| 摘 要： | 结合我国特教体育教师人力资本的现状,提出了把特教体育教师作为既有体力资本又具有智力资本的人力资本来看待,切实提高特教体育教师的待遇水平;建立公开、公正、公平的聘任、激励约束机制,激发特教体育教师的潜力,形成良好的竞争机制;特教体育教师也要积极加强自身师德教育,专业素质的提升,提高学科交叉研究的能力,实现自身人力资本的不断增值;加强继续教育投入,改革不合理的继续教育投资体制,构建终身继续教育体系。
