| 摘 要： | FAO方法及其修正法的最大缺陷是没有从平衡市场供求的职能出发估算国家粮食储备规模,笔者采用五步计算法,给出了1983~2004年间修正的粮食消费量数列,并分四种情况估算了国家粮食储备规模。

| Abstract: | The greatest deficiency of the FAO methods and its amendments lie in its failure to evaluating the state grain reserve scale from its function of balancing the supply and demand in the market.By adopting 5-step calculating method,the author enumerates the revised grain consumption data between 1983 and 2004;besides, he also estimates the state grain reserve scale under four circumstances. |
