| 摘 要： | 为了备战2014年冬奥会和完善单板U型场地滑雪运动夏季专项化科学化训练,对无雪期专项化训练方法进行立项研究。基于训练方法的研究与实践探索,进行了陆地专项化基础训练影响雪上技术成因关系的理论阐述,提出了保障训练效果的训练器械,计算机数据系统的创新,训练方法效应的视频图像分解和肌肉做功方式解剖学、生物力学数据对比的估评体系的应用,从而加速促进单板U型场地滑雪运动成绩提高进程,为单板U型场地滑雪教练员、运动员夏季专项化训练提供参考。 |
