Abstract: | Abstract While large public libraries have long served the business community, environmental factors, such as the proliferation of Web based information, the growth of easily accessible on-line databases, and a growing appreciation among smaller companies of the value of strategic information, are converging to provide medium and smaller public libraries with the opportunity to bring additional service value to the business community. To provide libraries with operational models for library interaction with the business community, patron interaction, technology, and data analysis models are created and described. |
