| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Through an examination of fill time data for dissertations requested through traditional ILL and the Dissertation Express document delivery service, this article investigates the cost-effectiveness of using a commercial document supplier for obtaining dissertations. Vastly improved results, with moderate additional cost, were achieved by using Dissertation Express for obtaining dissertations. |
