DESIGNING A TRAINING EVALUATION SYSTEM
Abstract:This paper calls for improved evaluation of training and development programs, and provides guidelines for effective and useful evaluation. Attention is given to what to evaluate, methods of evaluation and data collection, analysis, and utilization of evaluation results. A comprehensive model is given for designing an evaluation system.
