| 摘 要： | 选修课程是高校课程体系的重要组成内容，其设置的灵活性使得选修课程成为地方性本科院校实施应用型创新型人才培养方案的主要载体。分析了目前地方性本科院校选修课管理存在的问题，建议加强选修课科学、合理、规范的管理，注重过程管理的质量，从而提高应用型人才培养的质量，提升地方性本科院校的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Elective courses are important components of college courses system, whose flexibility makes elective courses become the main carrier of implementation of applied talents and innovation-oriented talents training objective for local undergraduate institutions. This paper analyzes the problems of elective courses management in the current undergraduate colleges, and proposes strengthening elective courses management in scientific, rational, standard way, emphasizing the quality of process management, thus enhancing the quality of applicationoriented personnel training and promoting core competitiveness of undergraduate colleges. |
