| Abstract: | It's a very important way with the satisfaction on teachers ' work to examine the effectiveness of management meausures for teachers.It's also the precondition on getting the effectiveness of education reform to pay attention to the satisfaction on teachers'work.As the main contents of nowadays school organization management,it has represented concretely the human management for teachers.Basing on these considerations,the text will disscuss about the strategies on how to enhance satisfaction on teachers'work. |
