| 摘 要： | 快速保存是Word文字处理系统中的一项特殊功能,快速保存只保存对文档作修改的部分,它可以节省大量的时间。但是Word的快速保存功能有很大的弊端,这就是随着对Word文档编辑修改的次数增多,该 Word文档会变得越来越庞大。木文对此作出阐述,并给出合理使用外存空间的方法。

| Abstract: | Express saving is a special function in Word processor system. Express saving only saves the revised part in the document and it can save a lot of time. Express saving of Word has its disadvantage that the document becomes larger and larger with the revision times increasing. This discourse makes an exposition to it and sets forth the methods in reasonable usage of disk space. |
