摘    要:利用传输矩阵法研究了由正、负两种折射率材料按分形三分Cantor序列,交替构成的一维光子晶体的传输特性.数值结果表明,这种新结构的光子晶体的传输谱,类似于普通正折射率的光子晶体,也展现出了较明显的自相似性;其传输谱禁带内新产生的共振峰数目及原有共振峰的分裂数目也呈现出特定的规律性.

Abstract:The transmission properties in fractal triadic Cantor multi-layers stacked with positive and negative refraction index materials alternately are discussed by means of transfer matrix method.Nu- merical calculation shows that the transmission properties of the new photonic crystals exhibit apparent self-similar pattern,similar to the common Cantor multi-layers stacked with two kinds of positive refrac- tion index materials.But the number of components in splitting and newly appearing in the forbidden gap exhibit certain regularization.
