普遍语法在第二语言习得中的地位和作用

摘    要:第二语言习得是否受普遍语法的限制?这是语言习得研究的热点问题之一。在对普遍语法对语言习得的解释、第二语言习得与第一语言习得的异同、中介语的语法特征与普遍语法的限制三个方面进行了讨论之后。作认为,普遍语法通达于第二语言习得,但这种通达是间接的,因为在第二语言习得中存在着母语迁移。

Abstract:Is SLA constrained by universal grammar? This is one of the hot topics of contemporary language acquisition studies. The paper deals with this problem from the perspective of generative approach on the basis of talking about the explanatory power of universal grammar for language acquisition, the differences and similarities between L1 and L2 acquisition. the grammatical features of interlanguage and the constraints of universal grammar. The conclusion the paper arrives at is that there does exist access to universal grammar in SLA, but the access is indirect, because there is L1 transfer.
