| Abstract: | It's the inevitable tendency of the reform and development of our country's education in the new period to build up and improve the teachers' education and life-long learning system in an all-round way,to improve the general quality and ability of the faculty and to promote the development of the teachers' specialization and life-long learning.It is also an urgent task of the college construction.Therefore it should be put on the reform agenda of the college work and be implemented quickly. |
