| 摘 要： | 本研究运用VOSviewer可视化分析软件,以中国知网和Web of Science数据库近35年发表的240余篇关于自闭症群体音乐治疗的相关文献为研究对象,对自闭症群体音乐治疗的研究热点进行分析概括。结果发现:国内外研究的干预目标均集中于自闭症的核心症状如社交沟通、刻板行为方面;研究对象主要是自闭症儿童或青少年;在研究方法上共同关注了即兴式音乐疗法的应用。国内外研究的差异之处在于欧美发达国家的音乐治疗在自闭症领域的研究起步较早,研究体系相对较为完善,干预主题更加细致深入,强调社会模式取向的观念且与信息技术发展紧密结合;相较之下国内相关的研究起步迟,干预主题较为单一,倾向于医学模式取向观念,本土化的理论构建相对缺乏。本研究为国内自闭症音乐治疗的研究与实践提供了若干启示。

| Abstract: | In the study, the visualized analysis software VOSviewer was used to analyze more than 240 domestic and foreign papers from CNKI and Web of Science Database in recent 35 years on music therapy for people with autism. It was found that the similarities of domestic and foreign studies included that: the intervention goals focused on the core symptoms of autism such as social communication and rigid behavior;the research subjects were mainly children and adolescents;in terms of research method, considerable attention was paid to improvisational music therapy. The differences between domestic and foreign studies lay in the early start of music therapy in the field of autism, the relatively developed research system, the more detailed and in-depth intervention theme, the concept of social model orientation and the combination with information technology in European and American developed countries. In contrast, the domestic research started late, the intervention theme was relatively single, the concept was medical model orientated, and the localized theoretical construction was lacking. This paper concluded with some enlightenment for the research and practice of music therapy for autism in China. |
