全钒氧化还原液流电池全自动智能监控系统研究与设计

摘    要:为满足全钒氧化还原液流电池(VRB)研究需要,根据VRB特点设计研制了测控系统。对VRB充放电过程进行实时在线检测,具有数据采集、数据报表、系统报警的计算机远程监控功能。通过引入电池过程参数,判断充放电终点,对VRB电池充放电状态进行自动切换。实验结果表明该系统稳定可靠,符合VRB电池特点,满足电化学储能研究与工程放大的需求,为现代化学工程实验教学装置建设提供示范。

Abstract:In order to investigate the charge/discharge performance in vanadium redox battery(VRB),this study developed an auto intelligent inspection and control system based on the electrochemistry properties.This system could monitor charge/discharge processes,collect VRB operation parameters,and give alarm in emergency by rural-computer.The parameters V_(e) and I_(e) were employed to determine the charge/discharge termination,thus the reverse processes of charge/discharge in VRB was realized automatically.Instrument measurement showed that the system is high reliable,and can meet the needs for electrochemical investigation and application scale-up.
