| 摘 要： | 加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育工作是当前全社会共同关心的一个问题。高校辅导员在大学生的思想政治工作是一个"排头兵"的角色,本文尝试通过分析目前大学生思想政治工作中存在的一些问题和辅导员工作队伍的现状,发现大学生思想政治教育工作的困境,从而提出解决对策。
