| 摘 要： | 马克思地租理论是马克思经济学原理的重要组成部分，时至今日它仍具有很高的科学价值。运用马克思地租理论进行分析，可以看到当前我国农业发展过程中存在着诸如地租分配不合理等若干问题。同时马克思地租理论也给我国农业发展带来了一些启示：应合理分配地租、提高农产品价格、发展土地流转市场。

| Abstract: | Marxist theory of land rent is an important part of Marxist economics. Now it still has great scientific value. Applying the Marxist theory of land rent, the paper analyzes the problems in the process of the development of agriculture, such as unreasonable allocation of land rent. At the same time there are some inspirations which are aroused by Marxist theory of land rent, rationally allocating the land rent, raising the price of agricultural products, and developing the market of land transfer. |
