| 摘 要： | “赏金猎人”是市场经济的伴生物，是将市场规则引入到社会治安综合治理中，是毛泽东同志人民战争的战略战术在和平时期的创造性发挥，其存在具有充分的法理依据；“赏金猎人”在解决我国警力不足，扩大就业，遏制犯罪，反贪防腐等方面价值巨大；但“赏金猎人”在我国的地位尴尬，风险高，投入大，回报却很小，还常常遭到报复，不利于在社会上弘扬正气，建议通过立法等方式对其加以肯定。

| Abstract: | Bounty hunter, the companion of market economy , is to introduce the market rules into social security Administration. It is the creative application of Chairman Man＇s strategies and tactics in the peaceful period, which has enough legislative and theoretical basis to exist and it is of great value to solve problems, such as limited police, employment expanding, crime restraining and anti-corruption, etc. In China, bounty hunter has come across an embarrassed situation, because it involves great risk and high input but promises low return. The hunter is so likely to be revenged that healthy trends cannot be encouraged well in our society. It is suggested that bounty hunter＇s social position should be approved by legislation. |
