| 摘 要： | 高职高专法学教育是高等法学教育的重要组成部分。适应法律职业改革的趋势和需要,高职高专法律专业人才培养的模式必须转换。要在继续提高传统法学教育质量的同时,根据社会需求重新确定高职高专法律人才培养目标,改革培养的方式与途径,着力探索和构建以培养学生应用能力为主要目标,符合社会进步发展需要的应用型法律人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Legal education in colleges is an important component part of higher legal education. To cater to the trend and needs of the reform in the legal profession, it is imperative to change the mode of legal personnel training in colleges. Be sure to continue to improve the quality of traditional legal education; in the meantime, the objective for the legal personnel training in colleges should be set again and the training mode and way reformed according to social needs. Great pains should be taken to probe into and establish the mode of practical legal presonnel training which meets the needs of social progress and development with the cultivation of students' practical ability as the chief objective. |
