| 摘 要： | 高校房产作为国有资产的一部分,已成为我国教育资源的重要组成部分,本文针对高校房产管理内部控制的理论背景和现状,指出高校房产管理内部控制过程中存在的问题,提出了加强高校房产管理内部控制的措施。
