| 摘 要： | 医学影像诊断的误诊在临床工作中是不可避免的。但每个从事医学影像诊断的工作人员，其误诊率大不一样。误诊，既有客观原因，又有主观因素，还有投照技术的不足。每个医务工作总是要努力做到把误诊和漏诊减少到低限度。从就读片的程序、影像诊断中的讨论、诊断医师观察的差异、读片分析的时间、影像诊断的局限性以及影像诊断报告的结论等方面对医学影像诊断的误诊论进行了客观的分析，并结合工作实际谈了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | It is unavoidable that the doctors make diagnosis by mistakes in the medical image in clinical diagnosis But the rate of wrong diagnosis is not the same for each of the clinican Wrong diagnosis has not only objective reason but also subjective factor, also including being short of the equipment Every doctor will try his best to reduce the wrong diagnosis In this article, the author has an objective analysis about the interpret photo program and conduction of the diagnosis report and gives his own suggestions according to his practices. |
