| 摘 要： | 近些年来，全球化已经成为世界各国政府和经济界讨论的热门话题之一。它主要是指世界各国经济走向开放，走向市场化，经济相互依赖，整个世界经济趋向于整合的现象。全球化对于发展中国家的作用，既有积极的一面，也有不利的一面。本文分析了全球化对中国发展高技术及其产业的影响，讨论了中国高技术发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | The
forthcoming rise of globalization is in the limelight of the worldwide mass media and all
govemments, politicians and the rank and file as well all over the world are very interesting in
it. The emerging trend is defined as the merger of all national economies across the world into
one in their performance and ecch countrys economy becomes more and more open to the
world market and depends on one another. With the globalization of the world economy, all R&D
activities in a country can smash their national boundaries. This paper analyzes the
characteristics and prospe ctive of globalization, its origin and its impacts on our country.
Promoted by the worldwide upsurge of informatics and related technology, it will be a global
mainstream of economic development, featuring a world-sweeping interflow, integration,
monopoly,mutual penetration and competition of both material and infomation. This article
explains Chinas share in the international layout of manufacturing industries and our
countrysunderdevelopmentincomparisonwithdevelopedcountriesespeciallyexpressedintermsof
science and technology, innovative patents and hi-tech capabilities. So we must introduce the
notion of globalization to the public, stress the national development of informatics and bolster
our R&D strength when coping with possible risks from the outside world. |
