| 摘 要： | 民航业内外普遍存在着对交通运输教育的轻视和误解。对人的综合素质要求极高的交通运输专业管制、签派培养方向,在现行高等院校入学体制下,难以选拔和培养出适应时代和行业发展的优秀人才。民航交通运输专业高等教育长期存在普通教育与职业教育的困惑,长期存在重实践轻理论和重理论轻实践两种倾向。本文以职业问题、教育问题为脉络,通过揭示问题的冰山一角,唤起读者思考,呼吁建立民航交通运输高等职业教育体系,并努力探寻其改革方向。

| Abstract: | It has universal disparage and misunderstanding in air transportation education. Air transport's control and dispatch which request high comprehensive quality are hard to select and train talents for the times and the development of the industry under the current college enrollment system. Air transportation's higher education has been puzzled by common education and vocational education for a long time. There are two tendencies placed more emphasis on practice than theory or more theory than practice in air transportation education. The author took the vocation education as the sequence of his thought, through discovering only a very small percentage of the problem, so that to call out the reader's thought, to appeal to establish higher vocational education system in air transportation education, and to search for its direction of reform. |
