| 摘 要： | 网络环境对图书馆信息资源建设各方面都具有重大的影响,网络的出现革新了图书馆传统的工作方式。信息服务是现代图书馆的主要职能,因而我们必须充分利用这一有利环境。文章探讨网络环境下图书馆信息资源和信息服务的新特点,以及如何构建该环境下图书馆的信息资源和服务模式,以满足读者不断增长的信息需求等问题。

| Abstract: | The network environment exerts great influence on information resources in all aspects. The appearance of network has effected the traditional way of library. The information service is the main function of modern library, so we need to fully use the beneficial environment. This article discusses new characteristics of information resources and information service of library under network environment, and how to construct information resources and service model in order to satisfy the increasing information demand of readers. |
