| 摘 要： | 分析了知识管理的本质，探讨了知识管理和创新的关系，指出高校特别是研究型大学要提高科技创新能力，必须实施科技创新战略和知识管理战略，并以知识管理为核心构建科技创新体系。通过剖析高校科技创新的有关因素，提出了基于知识管理的高校科技创新体系框架。
