| 摘 要： | 心理健康是生命健康的重要组成。学校心理健康教育中有机渗透“三生教育”的生命关怀、生存关怀与生活关怀理念有重要的意义且具备可行性。学校心理健康教育中“三生”关怀的实现需要做到：1．树立现代健康观，关注学生身心和谐与全面健康；2．树立人本理念，强化生命意识，提升生命质量；3．加深文化蕴涵，为“生命意义”的培育开辟沃土；4．构建生命化的心理健康教育课堂。

| Abstract: | Psychological health is the important part of life health. College psychology health education infiltrates organically the loving care of ＂Sansheng Education＂： life ,surviving and living loving care, which possesses important significance and feasibility. To realize ＂Sansheng＂ loving care in college psychology health education should be, done ： 1. to establish modem health opinion, and take loving care of mental and physical harmony and all-round health of the students; 2. Set up humanism point of view, strengthen life sense, promote life quality; 3. Deepen cultural implication to cultivate for development of ＂life significance＂. 4. Construct life classroom for psychology health education. |
